HARDCORE. The main idea of this split CD is to put the bands latest vinyl only songs in a digital way to get heard by everyone who wants it. This is a record of friendship, four bands and a label that like each other, united to fight the forces of evil and rule the world. L.E.A.R.N. presents 10 songs. 6 songs from their split 7” with COMMON ENEMY, 4 unreleased. COMMON ENEMY joined this split with 8 new songs. Four of them are unreleased. Three songs are from the upcoming split 7” with AGGRESSIVE FORCE and one song is from the "Philly Thrash Brigade" CD compilation. Ten years of WOOF. “Blood, Sweat and Cheers” was the anniversary vinyl 7” released to celebrate this. Here you can get the 5 tracks of the 7” plus the unreleased bonustrack “Never Sellout”. POST-HARDCORE. LA DISPUTE is a five-piece band from Grand Rapids, MI. Most frequently referred to as Post-Hardcore (but sometimes also progressive Rock and Screamo), LA DISPUTE has spent the last year of its existence writing and recording their first full-length album "Somewhere at the bottom of the river between vega and altair". Hoping to accurately display their growth as individuals and as an artistic unit, they have created an end product that encourages the listener to think and feel. Drawing its title from an Asian folktale, Somewhere attempts to prompt discussion regarding the aspects of ourselves that prevent us from maintaining our happiness. By documenting both their own experiences and that of those around them, LA DISPUTE musically encourage the listeners to expand their notions of music and art through time signatures, tempos, dynamics, and song structures. The result of countless sleepless nights, exhaustingly precise recording sessions, and a diligence bordering psychosis, Somewhere is far and a way the band’s most mature, articulate, and diverse release thus far-expanding significantly upon the groundwork from its previous two short releases. "Somewhere at the bottom of the river between Vega and Altair" attempts to display an unceasing passion for art, emotion, love, community, and any other aspect of life that inspires humanity to create for the better.

The title translates into: "however long it takes". This is their 2nd Lp and it was really worth the wait. Raging straightforward fast and melodic punk with some of the best female vocals you can come across!! The style of singing reminds me a lot of this typical french "chanson-style" singing, if you don't know what I mean, get this and find out. Nothing really changed, but the production is more powerful than on their last already outstanding release. Comes in a nice 4-coloured sleeve with a 4 coloured booklet - lyrix are translated in english for those who are not familiar with french.

FASTCORE. Now available as picture vinyl. LA PIOVRA featuring members of Italy's best, OHUZARU (LP and CD on 625). LA PIOVRA's sound can best be described as a frantic cross of early LOS CRUDOS mixed with demo era-JELLY ROLL ROCKHEADS. This masterwork has all the makings of a classic and is sure to redefine your floundering faith in Salvation. Possibly on of the best band currently in existence.

Out just in time for their West Coast stampede, this is a collection of the long sold out one sided 12", a mysterious extra track included only in the picutre disc euro version of the 12" (Agipunk), the"Risacca" 7"(Punks Before Profits), and the super obscure and practically unheard "Maledetto" Demo. Unquestionably finest and most important Italian band since INDIGESTI or IL DIVO.

HARDCORE. Boasting members of GUAJIRO, MEHKAGO N.T., CAR BOMB THEORY, SLAPSHOT and The VANDALS, the members of LA VIEJA GUARDIA hav come together to bust out 5 jams of Hardcore en espanol, with a sound comparable to the likes of SICK OF IT ALL, MADBALL, CRO-MAGS, JUDGE and BAD BRAINS. Ole!

D-BEAT HARDCORE/PUNK. Sowohl optisch, wie musikalisch sind die Jungs aus Suedkalifornien stark DISCHARGE-beeinflusst, auch wenn andere englische Einfluesse, wie etwa die von GBH, ebenfalls nicht von der Hand zu weisen sind. Auch produktionstechnisch geht man einen Schritt zurueck, knallt den Gesang und die hallbeladene Sologitarre in den Vordergrund und belaesst alles sehr roh und kratzig. Der verzerrte Bass und das trockene Schlagzeug tun ihr uebriges. Ich denke, man kann sich den Sound vorstellen. Textlich natuerlich ebenfalls sehr kritisch, gegen Krieg, Religion und Gesellschaft, MOTORHEAD wir auch gerne gehoert und die Nieten auf den Jacken sitzen bombenfest. Klingt nach alten Punktagen irgendwo in Schweden.

Ueberraschung! Nachdem es einige Jahre recht ruhig um die Kalifornier geworden ist, meldet sich eine der dienstaeltesten Power-Violence Formationen mit einem Paukenschlag zurueck. Nahtlos reiht sich dieses Album an das erstklassige Slap A Ham Album von '99. Auch auf diesem Album sind sie ihrem Style treu geblieben und weichen keinen Milimeter von dem eingeschlagenem Kurs ab. Dies ist kein weiterer, peinlicher Gehversuch, sondern klassischer INFEST-Sound, der ohne weiteres an die Originale reicht. 19 hyperschnelle, brutale auf den Punkt gebrachte Attacken, die Lust auf noch mehr machen. Bleibt zu hoffen, dass nicht wieder weitere 5-6 Jahre ins Land streichen, bis es ein weiteres Release zu ergattern gibt. No nonsense Fastcore!

HARDCORE-PUNK. LACKEY were the first Hardcore band from the small city of Charlottesville, Virginia. They were part of the same scene as The LANDLORDS and The BEEF PEOPLE. While both of those bands had records come out on Catch Trout Records, LACKEY DIE never got a chance to release a record. In February 1984 they recorded 6 songs for a 7" at Floodzone Studios in Richmond, VA. (same spot where White Cross and Unseen Force did their LPs). After that the band went on hiatus for close to a year until they were offered a spot on the Catch Trout Records compilation ''I'll Walk With Fish''. In March 1985 they went to the now-famous Inner Ear Studios in Arlington, VA to record with Don Zientara. This session produced three songs for the compilation and several outtakes. For various reasons, the 7" and compilation they recorded for were never released! This 7" contains 8 songs, the 4 best cuts from each session on either side of the record. All songs have been tediously restored and remastered from the original reel-to-reels. This release is fully authorized and is limited to 500 copies with hand-screened sleeves.

PUNKROCK. The second EP from Richmond VA’s hometown zeroes THE LADIES. Four new songs of great sarcastic Punkrock. For fans of DWARVES, early QUEERS and stuff like that. If you are into their first 7", you’ll definetly love this one. This is a No Way release in cooperation with Black Lung Records.

PUNK. Fast garagey punk for the hardcore set. Think Sub Pop-era DWARVES meets the MOTARDS without sounding like a '90s throwback. These guys just returned home from a "successful" trip to Cleveland to play the infamous Horrible Fest. This band is the brainchild of Riff Raff Records main man Tony and members have played in such bands as SET TO EXPLODE, BAD ACTIVE, The GOONS and even (gasp!) 25 TA LIFE. Limited to 500 copies.

PUNK. Third and brand new EP from these Fist City band with one song on the A side and 2 on the flip. Between the two earlier EP's they recorded this one. Even though the band is famous for fast punk that sounds like the DWARVES, BULEMICS and ZEKE, this record focused more on the band making more rousing catchy punk tunes that are influenced by certainly the DICTATORS and the DEAD BOYS. THE LADIES are comparable to the BRUTAL KNIGHTS. One of this label's joint favorite bands without a doubt.

PUNK. When NONE MORE BLACK disbanded, vocalist Jason Shevchuk, also an ex-member of KID DYNAMITE, formed LAGRECIA, who wrote and recorded these 11 tracks, bringing a melodic punk sound with a bit of a rock 'n' roll feel. LAGRECIA did one tour with LOVED ONES and GASLIGHT ANTHEM and have since disbanded with the reformation of NONE MORE BLACK.

The sixth album from one Fat Wreck's roster stalwarts. Fifteen new tunes that will certainly please old fans and reinstate the band on the top of the punk heap.

In 2003, Lagwagon ended a US tour in Hollywood with two consecutive shows by recording a live album. The 22 tracks on this release, the 7th in the series, represent all eras of Lagwagon, from Duh all the way up to their latest full length Blaze. As with all Live In A Dive releases, the artwork is also a comic book. This time around the comic book is a team effort by Mark Desalvo and Rick Remender which explores the many mysteries of Lagwagon. There is enhanced footage on the CD of "Mr. Coffee" live which is not on the audio CD. Plus there is one brand new song, "The Chemist".
