SINGER/SONGWRITER. The solo project from Jamison Covington, front man of JAMISONPARKER. With a departure from Warped Tour emo, E FOR EXPLOSION offers an album of sounds inspired by old CURE and JOY DIVISION records. Layered with melancholy up-tempo acoustic guitar within walls of droning Fender Stratocasters and Korgs. "Reinventing the heartbeat" explores the reinvention of the early 90s from start to finish.

ROCK 'N' ROLL. There are two ways of making unreconstructed Rock'n'
Roll - with and without charm. EAGLES OF DEATH METAL take up the former option. On their third album, the duo are as danceable as ever, but they've tiptoed away from straight musical pastiche, crudding up their Blues-Boogie with low-fi fuzziness and oddball percussion. Much of the fun is in the lyrics. Stirred and served chilled in a tall glass of
class. It goes down smooth every time. Perhaps Josh Homme is saving his animal magic up for the next QUEENS OF THE STONE AGE record.

PUNK. This is the follow up on their great 10" that came out in 2006. The recordings might be more trashy, but the catch up where they left. They still sound like a mix of KARATE PARTY, the EX, PERE UBU and the JESUS LIZARD. And check them out live, they are one of the best live bands in Denmark right now. Limited to 300 copies!

POST-ROCK. Mentored by Daniel Lanois, Daniel Burton has been putting his project-oriented stamp on a variety of records the last ten years and it has all coalesced into this career-defining work. "Offshore" is one continuous piece, made up of 6 distinct songs. It's equally beautiful and noisy, composed though loose, akin to the late '80s/early '90s 4AD-laden world of shoegaze wash-Rock like COCTEAU TWINS, MY BLOODY VALENTINES, MARK HOLLIS , their predecessor PETER GABRIEL, or modern day saint WILLIAM BASINSKI. In the Lanois/Eno tradition, Burton collected an all-star cast to flesh out his vision with members of HORACE PINKER, OLO, BLACK MOUNTAIN, WINDSOR FOR THE DERBY, UNWED SAILOR and TORTOISE.

POST-ROCK. "The treatment", their 6th album since their 2001 debut, EARLY DAY MINERS have continued the tradition of long, sweeping tracks that paint the air with meditative descriptions of life’s many temperaments, with the addition of more germane social topics. But make no mistake: this is not an unpleasant trip down melancholy lane with dead trees. The transition therein is smooth and gentle, but still strongly emotive, akin to what the CURE’s "Disintegration" would have sounded like if Robert Smith had a more optimistic outlook.

METALCORE. On their second recording, San Francisco, CA's EARLY GRAVES combine the best elements of HELLACOPTERS/TURBONEGRO Rock 'n' Roll with BLACK FLAG and BAD BRAINS-inspired Hardcore and add a crushing balance of both MORBID ANGEL's heaviness and the raw intensity of Powerviolence pioneers DROP DEAD and MASSKONTROL.

METALCORE. After rising from the ashes of the band APIARY, San Francisco, CA's EARLY GRAVES fuse the technical prowess of CARCASS with the pissed of crust/punk of HIS HERO IS GONE and adding equal measures ENTOMBED and SLAYER. Guest vocal appearances include spots by Eugene Robinson of OXBOW and Steve Austin of TODAY IS THE DAY.

Documenting their entire Victory Records history, these eighteen songs cover everything from the early '90s "All Out War" and Firestorm" singles, the 2001 "Last Of The Sane" album, and everything in between. The seminal Earth Crisis collection. Includes three bonus live tracks.

Earth Crisis' ten year vegan straight edge legacy is captured and documented on this full length. HARDCORE. This is a re-issue of the first two Earth Crisis 7"s on one 12" that first brought the vegan straight edge movement to the forefront of the hardcore scene in the '90s. It features both the "All Out War" and "Firestorm" EP's in their entirety for a total of 8-songs. Classic tracks such as "Stand By," "Ecocide," "Forged In The Flames" and "Edens Demise" are now available again on vinyl.

HARDCORE. Reissue of "Breed The Killers", originlly released in 1998. Completely remastered and with the 2 live songs "No allegiance" and "Standing corpses" as a little bonus.

It has been a year and half since the last Earth Crisis release and their fanatical and ever expanding fanbase has been eagerly awaiting this recording.
